Haftungsausschluß

1. Mit der Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel akzeptiert der Benutzer die Teilnahmebedingungen. Die Verlosung erfolgt ausnahmslos unter allen zeitgerecht und vollständig eingesendeten Anmeldeformularen. Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos. 
   
   
2. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle natürlichen Personen mit Wohnsitz in Europa, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Teilnehmer des Gewinnspiels ist diejenige Person, deren Kontaktdaten bei der Anmeldung zum Gewinnspiel angegeben worden sind.
   
   
3. Veranstalter dieses Gewinnspiels ist die ZISANO Distribution GmbH - Edergasse 1-3/1G, 1210 Wien, Österreich.
   
   
4. Es ist pro Person nur eine Teilnahme möglich. Eine mehrmalige Teilnahme kann den Verlust der Teilnahmeberechtigung zur Folge haben. Eine Teilnahme über Gewinnspielagenturen oder über sonstige Dienstleister, die für ihre Leistungen ein Entgelt verlangen, ist unzulässig.
   
   
5. Für die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist eine persönliche Registrierung des Teilnehmers über das entsprechende Anmeldeformular erforderlich. Der Teilnehmer ist damit einverstanden, dass die ZISANO Distribution GmbH die zur Kontaktaufnahme und Durchführung des Gewinnspiels erforderlichen Daten des Teilnehmers für die Dauer der Aktion speichert und verarbeitet. Der Teilnehmer kann seine erklärte Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen. Der Widerruf ist schriftlich an die unter Punkt 3 genannten Kontaktdaten des Veranstalters zu richten. Nach Widerruf werden die erhobenen und gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten des Teilnehmers umgehend gelöscht.
   
   
6. Für die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist die Angabe von persönlichen Daten maßgeblich. Der Teilnehmer versichert, dass die von ihm gemachten Angaben zur Person (insbesondere Vor- & Nachname und Mailadresse) wahrheitsgemäß und richtig sind. Der Veranstalter weist darauf hin, dass personenbezogene Daten des Teilnehmers ohne dessen Einverständnis weder an Dritte weitergegeben, noch diesen zur Nutzung überlassen werden dürfen. Eine Ausnahme stellen Daten dar, die für die Durchführung und die Gewinnausschüttung des Gewinnspiels maßgeblich sind.
   
   
7. Die ZISANO Distribution GmbH behält sich vor, Teilnehmer, die gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen verstoßen oder durch technische Manipulation versuchen das Gewinnspiel zu beeinflussen, von diesem auszuschließen.
   
   
8. Die Teilnahme ist nur innerhalb des Teilnahmezeitraumes möglich. Nach Teilnahmeschluss eingehende Einsendungen werden bei der Auslosung nicht berücksichtigt. Teilnahmeschluss ist der 30.09.2024, 23:59 Uhr. 
   
   
9. Die Preise werden am 01.10.2024 unter allen gültigen Teilnehmern verlost. Die Ermittlung der Gewinner erfolgt im Rahmen einer auf dem Zufallsprinzip beruhenden Verlosung. Die Gewinner des Gewinnspiels werden zeitnah per Mail kontaktiert. Bei Nichteinlösung verfällt der Gewinnspruch 14 Tage nach Bekanntgabe der Gewinner. Die ZISANO Distribution GmbH behält sich in diesem Fall eine Neuauslosung vor. Die Aushändigung des Gewinns erfolgt ausschließlich an die Gewinner.
   
   
10. Folgender Preis wird verlost: Reisegutscheine im Wert von € 10.000,-. Pro Teilnehmer kann nur 1 Gutschein gewonnen werden.
    
    
11. Eine Barauszahlung, Auszahlung in Sachwerten oder Tausch der Gewinne ist nicht möglich. Gewinne sind nicht übertragbar. Der Gewinner akzeptiert notwendige Änderungen des Gewinns, die durch außerhalb der Einflusssphäre des Veranstalters liegende Faktoren bedingt sind. Eventuelle für den Versand der Gewinne anfallende Kosten übernimmt de Betreiber. Mit der Inanspruchnahme des Gewinnes verbundene Zusatzkosten gehen zu Lasten der Gewinner.
    
    
12. Der Veranstalter behält sich ausdrücklich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel ohne zuvor getätigte Ankündigung und ohne Angabe von Gründen das Gewinnsiel zu beenden. Dies gilt besonders für jegliche Fälle, in welchen ein planmäßiger und geregelter Ablauf des Gewinnspiels verhindert werden würde.
    
    
13. Fragen und Beanstandungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel sind ausschließlich an den Betreiber zu richten. Die erforderlichen Kontaktdaten sind unter Punkt 3 zu finden. 
    
    
14. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

15. Sollte eine Bestimmung der Teilnahmebedingungen ganz oder teilweise ungültig und damit unwirksam sein oder werden, so wird die Gültigkeit der Teilnahmebedingungen im übrigen nicht berührt. Die unwirksame Bedingung wird in weiterer Folge unverzüglich durch eine zulässige Bestimmung ersetzt, die der unwirksamen Bestimmung Sinn- und Zweckmäßig am Nächsten kommt.

    2. All natural persons residing in Europe who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. The participant in the competition is the person whose contact details were provided when registering for the competition.
    
    3. The organizer of this competition is ZISANO Distribution GmbH - Edergasse 1-3/1G, 1210 Vienna, Austria.
    
    4. Only one participation per person is possible. Participation multiple times may result in the loss of eligibility to participate. Participation via competition agencies or other service providers who charge a fee for their services is not permitted.
    
    5. To take part in the competition, the participant must register personally using the relevant registration form. The participant agrees that ZISANO Distribution GmbH will store and process the participant's data required to contact and carry out the competition for the duration of the campaign. The participant can revoke his consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the organizer's contact details listed under point 3. After revocation, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.
    
    6. To take part in the competition, you must provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal information they provide (in particular first and last name and email address) is truthful and correct. The organizer points out that the participant's personal data may neither be passed on to third parties nor made available for use without the participant's consent. An exception is data that is relevant for the implementation and distribution of prizes of the competition.
    
    7. ZISANO Distribution GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the terms and conditions of participation or who attempt to influence the competition through technical manipulation.
    
    8. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be taken into account in the draw. The deadline for participation is September 30, 2024, 11:59 p.m.
    
    9. The prizes will be lost on October 1st, 2024 among all valid participants. The winner will be determined in a random draw. The winners of the competition will be contacted promptly by email. If the prize is not redeemed, it will expire 14 days after the winner is announced. In this case, ZISANO Distribution GmbH reserves the right to reactivate. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner.
    
    10. The following prize will be lost: travel vouchers worth €10,000. Only 1 voucher can be won per participant.
    
    11. A cash payout, payout in kind or exchange of winnings is not possible. Winnings are non-transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize caused by factors beyond the control of the organizer. The operator will cover any costs incurred for shipping the prizes. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner.
    
    12. The organizer expressly reserves the right to end the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This particularly applies to all cases in which a planned and regulated course of the competition would be prevented.
    
    13. Questions and complaints in connection with the competition should be directed exclusively to the operator. The required contact details can be found under point 3.
    
    14. Legal recourse is excluded.
    
    15. Should a provision of the terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid and therefore ineffective, the validity of the rest of the terms and conditions of participation will not be affected. The invalid provision will subsequently be replaced immediately by a permissible provision that comes closest to the invalid provision in terms of meaning and purpose.
