- By participating in the competition, the user accepts the conditions of participation. The prize draw will be conducted without exception among all registration forms that are submitted on time and in full. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
- All natural persons residing in Europe who are 18 years or older are eligible to participate. The person whose contact details were provided when registering for the competition is a participant in the competition.
- The organizer of this competition is ZISANO Distribution GmbH - Edergasse 1-3/1G, 1210 Vienna, Austria.
- Only one entry per person is possible. Multiple entries may result in loss of eligibility to participate. Participation via competition agencies or other service providers who charge a fee for their services is not permitted.
- To take part in the competition, the participant must register personally using the corresponding registration form. The participant agrees that ZISANO Distribution GmbH stores and processes the participant's data required to contact them and conduct the competition for the duration of the campaign. The participant can revoke their consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer stated under point 3. After revocation, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.
- To participate in the competition, the provision of personal data is essential. The participant assures that the personal information he or she provides (in particular first and last name and email address) is true and correct. The organizer points out that the participant's personal data may not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without their consent. An exception is data that is essential for the implementation and distribution of prizes in the competition.
- ZISANO Distribution GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation or who attempt to influence the competition through technical manipulation.
- Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. The closing date for entries is September 30, 2024, 11:59 p.m.
- The prizes will be raffled off among all valid participants on October 1st, 2024. The winners will be determined in a random drawing. The winners of the competition will be contacted promptly by email. If the prize is not redeemed, the prize will expire 14 days after the winners are announced. In this case, ZISANO Distribution GmbH reserves the right to hold a new drawing. The prize will only be handed over to the winners.
- The following prize will be raffled off: travel vouchers worth €10,000. Only 1 voucher can be won per participant.
- Cash payment, payment in kind or exchange of prizes is not possible. Prizes are not transferable. The winner accepts necessary changes to the prize that are caused by factors outside the organizer's sphere of influence. Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes are borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are borne by the winner.
- The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any cases in which a planned and orderly course of the competition would be prevented.
- Questions and complaints in connection with the competition should be directed exclusively to the operator. The necessary contact details can be found under point 3.
- Legal recourse is excluded.
- Should a provision of the conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part and thus ineffective, the validity of the conditions of participation will otherwise remain unaffected. The invalid condition will be replaced immediately by a permissible provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision.

The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winner.

11. A cash payout, payout in kind or exchange of winnings is not possible. Winnings are non-transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize caused by factors beyond the control of the organizer. The operator will cover any costs incurred for shipping the prizes. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner.
12. The organizer expressly reserves the right to end the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This particularly applies to all cases in which a planned and regulated course of the competition would be prevented.
13. Questions and complaints in connection with the competition should be directed exclusively to the operator. The required contact details can be found under point 3.
14. Legal recourse is excluded.
15. Should any provision of the terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid and therefore ineffective, the validity of the remainder of the terms and conditions of participation will not be affected. The invalid provision will subsequently be replaced immediately by a permissible provision that comes close to the invalid provision in terms of meaning and purpose.
